  • Development Appraisal including initial feasibility, conceptual design and budget costing of existing or new build residential, commercial or industrial property for construction, re-build, or refurbishment.
  • Scheme development considering project goals, appraisal and advice on optimal procurement route and value management and engineering studies.
  • Initial contract administration including choice of contract, contractor selection, preparation of plans, specifications and schedules, tender reporting and programming.
  • Management during construction phase including monitoring of the works, interim and final valuation, variation of specified works as necessary and negotiation and agreement of final account.
  • Testing, commissioning and certification at completion of all services, plant and equipment.
